Neaten up the form so it is as perfectly round and uniform as potential – the form you have nows the shape it will bake to! Leave 1 cm / 1/3″ of the sting untouched as much as potential (for puffy crusts!). Sprinkle balls with a contact of flour and frivolously rub to coat floor (so they do not stick with tea towel).
